How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Capybara Cards → Cancel Subscription.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Capybara Cards → ProfileRestore Purchases.

My subscription isn't working

Try restoring purchases first (Profile → Restore Purchases). If that doesn't work, email us at [email protected] with your Apple ID region and the email of the receipt.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.

How do I save a question?

Tap the heart in the top-right of any question card while playing. Saved questions live under Profile → My Favorites.

How does the daily reminder work?

Profile → Daily Reminder lets you pick a time of day. The app sends one notification reminding you the day's card is ready. You can change the time or turn it off anytime.

How do I delete my account?

The App doesn't store personal accounts. All data stays on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all your data.

Is my data private?

Yes. Saved questions, streaks, and deck progress stay on your device. Subscription data is processed by Apple and our subscription tool Adapty (the minimum required for billing) and is never shared with advertisers or analytics services.
